FLOW UP Productions, LLC, is a multimodal consulting and information company designing transformative, culturally resonant experiences through immersive events and compelling storytelling. We elevate "HUEman" engagement — our inclusive framing that reflects the full spectrum of ALL people.
By integrating live and virtual experiences, purpose-driven content, technology, and the arts, we serve leaders to build meaningful connections with impactful learning and play.
Our signature HUEman Engagement Model™ — anchored by the H.U.E.™ Framework — sparks dialogue, fosters trust, and strengthens collaboration across diverse teams and communities.
Wanda's work is highly impactful. Her approach is uniquely poignant, with personal stories attached to historical events, that provides an atmosphere of safety, deep introspection, relativity, and critical thinking.
Wanda collaborates well with so many people—when she said in her interview that she’s over having an ego, she really meant it. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t own her work and her knowledge and help move us all forward (she does!) but it does mean that she’s able to work with a wiiiiiiiide variety of stakeholders: for a variety of roles from construction to executives, many different managers with different styles in different geographies, and her internal teammates. She is a leader in our Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity work—facilitating a staff trip to EJI’s Legacy Museum, doing a book reading of her own book during Black History Month, working on our HQ EID team, etc. We’ve been super lucky to have Wanda on the team!
Wanda's workshop format provided a safe space to dissect uncomfortable truths while also encouraging me to think critically and take actionable steps toward change.
Wanda combines deep expertise in belonging with an extraordinary ability to connect with people across backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. She doesn’t avoid difficult conversations—she creates the conditions for them to happen productively, thoughtfully, and with genuine care. Her work is grounded not only in lived experience, but also in years of study, practice, and leadership, including as an author and educator in the DEI space.
Individuals are encouraged to learn something new, experience empathy and validation, and explore effective ways to move forward in a diverse landscape.
